Services may be covered by insurance. Each insurance plan may have different levels of mental health coverage. You may need to contact your insurance  plan for further information about mental health coverage. Each insurance plan has different co-pays and deductible amounts. You are responsible for your co-pay and it is due at the time of your counseling session.  If you do not know your copay rate, a $25 fee will be collected at the time of your appointment (charged to the credit card you have on file or cash/check). This will be applied toward your insurance bill.

Fees may vary for other services—report writing, phone contact, etc. Payment is made at the time of service*. Payment is accepted in the form of cash, check, and credit cards.

No Surprise Act

Starting January 1, 2022 the No Surprise Act was created to give clients upfront pricing of services if they do not have insurance or are self pay. This bill requires that health care providers/facilities give persons an estimate for the cost of their health care before services are agreed upon. You have a right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) explaining how much your medical care will cost. Since I provide private pay you may request an estimate of costs for a 12 month period. My private pay (per visit) is $85.00 for individuals and $100.00 for couples/families.

For example 12x$85.00=$1020.00; 12x$100=$1200.00

*Your informed-consent will provide you with more information about your payment requirements
